Denise Vega Middleton, President of ExecutivExpression has over 20 years knowledge and experience helping clients of all ages communicate optimally. One of Mrs. Vega Middleton's special interests has always been solving problems in the workplace that originate from miscommunication. This motivated her to expand her training into the specialized area of accent reduction. She has carefully assembled a team of multi-skilled speech language pathologists who all hold Master's Degrees and have expertise in the area of accent reduction.

Mrs. Vega Middleton is a member of many organizations and also active on a variety of Boards, including CSU Northridge Alumni Association, and California Speech-Language Hearing Association (CSHA). She is a member of American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Academy of Private Practice Speech Pathologists and Audiologists (AAPPSPA), just to name a few. Mrs. Vega Middleton was recently awarded the Latina Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Latino Business Association.

Rik D. Middleton, Chief Operating Officer, brings with him 20 years of business and entrepreneurship expertise. Highly motivated, results oriented with a proven track record, Rik joined the ExecutivExpression team to make a difference in the world. His experience in establishing, managing, and supporting organizations is well suited to bring ExecutivExpression to the next level. As a professional public speaker, Rik has taught others the value of strong leadership, combined with motivational, organizational and sales skills.

Mr. Middleton has been a member of many organizations and continues to be active on a variety of Boards, including Past board member of the Universal City North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, guiding member of LINC Los Angeles' Member Advisory Board.
